You can make building your own house simple when using custom home packages. There are companies out there who help you with every step when building your own house. Many of them even build the shell to the specs of the custom home packages. When they build the shell for you the rest of it is up to you. If you need assistance after they build the shell they are even there to assist with the rest if you would like. But after they build the shell the rest does not seem so overwhelming. We had the company build the shell from one of the custom home packages they offered. After that he only needed some help completing our home. If you are thinking of building your own house and are afraid of being able to tackle the project look into a company that will build the shell for you.
