Build your own home franchise is not doing well

I work for a build your own home franchise and we have a promotion going on custom home packages. With the real estate market down right now there is not much building going on. It seems that everyone in each build your own home franchise is experiencing the same thing. So, we are hoping that the deal we have going on the custom home packages will help us out. So far not it is so good. I hope in this month to at least sell two build your own home custom packages. I hope things will get better in the build your own home franchise soon or even in real estate for that matter. Once things get moving there will be no problem with selling the custom home packages, but until then I hope we can hang in there.
